Comments about Celestron 80 LCM Computerized Telescope:

I am a beginner and received this as a gift. Unfortunately, this style of telescope is impossible for a guy with MS to use, as you must crawl on the floor to sight in on, or see anything that is above 45 degrees from the horizon. Some may say, "Well, move it," however this defeats the purpose of the telescope's sighting computer. We got some great views of the moon and planets on our first night, I failed to StarAlign it though. Anyway, this scope is far too long for its tripod.
