It has a 25.5 x 54-inch rough opening, adjusts to ceiling heights between 7 ft. and 8 ft. 9 inches, as well as utilizing landing space of 68 inches and a minimum clearance-projection space of 70 inches. Comes with FireGuard fire-retard door panel, Thermoshield insulated door panel, and industry only 4-sided weather-stripping. It is made of heavy-duty, rust-resistant aluminum stairs and stiles and features a tri-fold design for easy use. Double-riveted construction and taunt bracing offer performance and sure-footing. The adjustable foot extension and the pivotal floor pad make this fully-assembled model ready for quick and easy installation.
