love this product,very well built....opp's the first one shipped was broken,i called hay needle explained the problem...wow i was in shock....they told me to not to send it back,to throw it out....and then would send me another,now i ask you....what other company would do this ? well just like they said....3-days later i got a new one...in perfect shape !! this is what i call "5 star service"....thank you ,hay needle your a honest backed up company......ed from ,ny
