This product is beautiful...it replaces a down spout on the gutter system and not only functions perfectly but adds a stylish water falling element. Attractive but ineffective

The chain was too short for my roof line so I purchase 3 to make 2. The chain is very attractive and is exactly as described in the advertisement, but did not work for me. In a gentle rain it works perfectly, but in anything beyond a gentle rain, the water overwhelms the top cup and almost all the rain splashes in a 3-ft radius circle all around the chain. I didn't realize the problem until the 30-day return period was past so there was no recourse. After realizing the splashing was causing damage to my landscaping, I took down the decorative chains and installed regular chains and they work much better. The cost and work required to modify the chains and install them were wasted.

Can't wait to have my rain chains installed. I was very happy with the quality of this product. The copper hammered cups are a very nice size. I will be installing these chains in a spot that is visible from my driveway so the size was important to me. They will be perfect and add interest to a very visible location.

We live on the Kauai North Shore where the trade showers bless the property daily. This gives such a nice look to the house rather than just the plastic chains hanging from the down spouts. We like the look so much, we ordered another.
