I ordered two chairs, two ottomans, and the matching table. One chair, both ottomans, and the table were in good condition. The 2nd chair was a bit off another story. The left arm of the chair was not properly constructed. The piece that is pre-attached that butts up to the larger portion of the chair was about 1/2 inch too far to the right. Fortunately I was able to remove this (not without some damage to the arm as the piece was screwed and glued). The paint job was also done poorly. It had run in several places and was clumpy in others. Also, it was not a big deal but not all the screw holes were pre-drilled threw the entire piece of wood.
