Out of 4 chairs purchased, the first one I tried to assemble was missing bolts and connectors. After a trip to the hardware store, I finally assembled the chair. The first time I sat in the chair,one of the slats broke(I only weigh 165lbs). I will not be purchasing any more products from this company.

We ordered these ottomans last Sunday and they were delivered on Wednesday. We put them outside on Thursday and when we we went to sit out on Saturday, the paint had cracked and started peeling! This is not happening in one area, it's every board on both ottomans and the side table we ordered. Looks awful after 2 days ouside and no actual use! Also, the paint finish is a high gloss which is odd for outdoor furniture and doesn't match the chairs we purchased them for. I wish that the finish had been mentioned in the product description.
