Very good looking toaster, looks like a high quality toaster.
The lever cannot be used to lift the toast. This would be fine if I were the only one who read the manual, or if I could put an instruction manual at the toaster. Unfortunately, there will always be someone in the house who will try to use the lever arm to stop the toasting process, and in doing so will soon wear out that lever. It's impossible to train every person to use the "cancel" button instead. The lever becomes compromised and doesn't stay down or has to be pushed hard at the bottom to make it stay down.
and in case you're in a rush....this toaster takes a very very very long time to complete toasting.

Delivery was very promt. The toaster was delivered on the day it was scheduled to arrive. The toaster it'ts self was not the quality I expected from cuisinart. I use a toaster at least once a day, but I can;t toast wheat bread in it, because the slots ars not long enough. I have many cuisinart products so I expected better.

One side of toast gets darker than the other.
Bagel setting on other models refers to only toasting one side. Upon reading the directions that came with the toaster, not discussed in the ad, the bagel setting only extends the toasting time which is silly 'cause I can do that with the timer dial. Pretty disappointing.
