It's nice and heavy, so I feel comfortable in it, not afraid that it's going to buckle or topple over! However, the bottom joint, where the stand meets the base is not a tight fit. So when I'm sitting in the chair and it swings a certain way, it seems to wobble in an unstable way. I'm hoping that it won't compromise the strength of the design, but it still makes me a little wary.
