Comments about Dunn Rite Deck Volly Pool Volleyball System:

I did alot of research on which volleyball set to get. This one had great reviews. It is sturdy, easy to use and looks good. The pool is saltwater. If you have a salt water pool, you are supposed to get the brass one. I can't wait for the summer to begin and the parties with the volleyball to start! I know we will get alot of use out of this item:)

    Customer Q & A

    12 Questions About This Product
Q: "How do the posts attach to the concrete?"
A: The posts are attached to the concrete via 2 Aluminum or brass anchors. The caps are then placed over the anchors.
Q: "How do the poles actually attach to the pool deck. What sort of tools would you need to install it?"

The Deck Volleyball Pool System comes with anchors. You will need to drill 5" x 5" holes with a 5" masonry hole saw bit on something like a 3/8" Black & Decker drill. Once the holes are drilled, you insert the anchors and pour in mortar around the anchors. You can still remove the poles from the anchors when not in use and end caps are provided to cover the holes.

Q: "What width and depth size are the PVC and /or brass anchors?"
A: This set includes 2 & (3/8) inch diameter powder coated aluminum posts.
Q: "Are there any cords or options to adjust so that it would fit across a 27ft pool?"
A: Unfortunately, we currently do not sale cables to make this Volleyball system fit a 27 ft pool.
Q: "Can you order a very sturdy net for a 16 ft wide in ground pool?"
A: We only offer 24ft heavy duty nets with the complete systems.
Q: "Can this volleyball system be shortened?"
A: Yes, the system is 24' long and can be shortened to any length.
Q: "Are the caps for when the poles are not in use or are they the caps that cover the anchors when the poles are in use? Does it come with both sets of caps (ones with holes and ones that don't have holes)?"
A: The caps are included in order to cover the anchors that are inserted into the concrete. The Volleyball System does include both caps.
Q: "Can I buy without the anchors?"
A: Unfortunately, this system is not available without the anchors.
Q: "How high are the poles and how adjustable are they?"
A: The poles are regulation sized. The poles themselves are not adjustable, however the net can be adjusted.
Q: "What is the diameter of the posts?"
A: Regulation size Pool Volleyball set includes heavy duty 2-3/8" dia. powder coated aluminum posts with escutcheon rings.
Q: "Can the anchors be used with item sku - dunn007"
A: This item is currently out of stock.
Q: "I use salt in my pool would brass or aluminum be better?"
A: We would recommend brass. You would need to replace the aluminum in about 1 1/2 years.
