My family is so happy with this purchase! This is the most comfortable futon mattress we have ever been on. The warranty makes it a cost effective investment for years to come. We use the futon as a sofa and for lounging daily and as a bed for sleepovers and guests.

Solid mattress. Not certain how mattress will hold up in seating position. At least 8 inches over front of futon frame. Feel like I am sliding off the futon when sitting. Excellent sleeping mattress; not so good sitting surface.
Word of advice, mattress arrives squished in cardboard box. Remove mattress as soon as possible and unroll it. It 'poofs' up nicely after a few hours.

I never knew a futon mattress could be this comfortable! This futon mattress has the perfect amount of softness to make it great choice for both sitting and sleeping. The mattress comes with a 12 year warranty which makes me confident that this will last for years! We are so happy we ordered the Deluxe Soft Coil Queen and use it daily as a futon couch and weekly as a futon bed. The only negative is that our daughter always wants to sleep on this mattress rather than sleeping on her own bed!
The customer service rep from Hayneedle was very knowledgeable about their products. Our futon mattress arrived quicker than expected.
Nothing but a positive experience all around. I would definitely make the same choice again!
