You can even control the speed of the flames and flick on the interior light. The patented Multi-Fire effect gives off an amazing amount of radiance- it's like having a real wood-burning fireplace without the odor and the mess. For convenience, the Carlyle doesn't require any venting, so it's fine anywhere in the room, and moisture issues are of no concern. The system's 5,120 BTUs can reduce energy costs, and heats a 400 sq. ft. room. The all-season option allows you to turn off the heat while enjoying the ambient glow.

At first, I was told I would have to order an entire new one and try to fit the damaged one back in the box. After talking directly with Dimplex, I sent them pictures of the damaged mantle and they are sending replacement parts.
