Description
This deluxe dog house features real EPS Foam insulation in the walls and ceiling and a self-closing door to provide significant protection against the elements, plus an included floor heater to keep your pet even more comfortable. The lower door panel has a window so your dog can see out while resting comfortably. Self-storing window panels easily re-position from a closed position during colder months, to a cross-ventilated position for warmer months- no tools required. The floor is raised 4 inches above the ground to provide a warm, dry bedding area for your dog. This floor also features a drain hold and a slight slope to make cleaning a breeze- just hose down and let the water run out.
With its quaint country styling, the Dog Palace Dog House will make a charming addition to any outdoor setting, while keeping your dog warm, clean, and comfortable. It is sized for medium to large dogs.

I think the product is a good product, but the one I received - - the door had holes in the plastic (as if manufacturing wasn't done properly). I kept it because, it was already cold outside & I repaired the holes myself. As for setup, it is easy, if you have 2 people. Need extra hand to make parts fit together. Also, door does not hang as low as I had hoped. There is about 1/4" of air that can get through the door at the bottom, but it is the warmest house I could find, just wish it had been manufactured properly.

Came with no instruction or hardware to put the house together. Received a credit if would go and get the hardware myself which I did. Roof scratched and the box it came in was mangled. Other than that it should work well with my dog. Ps the hole for the electric line should be made lower and out of the dogs view in case you have a chewer I am referring to the heater pad I bought with the doghouse.

The house was easy to assemble and looks nice.
Not sure if it is weather proof yet only had for a few days.
Our Golden has only went in once to get treats so we will
see if she likes it. I am pleased so far since the house was
delivered on time, easy to assemble and the heater is great.
Wish door locked to keep out other animals at night. She
loves the outdoors during the day but night she sleeps inside
with us.

This came quickly, in two large boxes which made it much easier to lift into the house from the front porch. My son put this together by himself in about 30 minutes without any trouble. It is well designed, sturdy, and fits together well. We carried the finished structure out to where the dog lives, used a few treats to entice her into the house 3-4 times, and she was fine with it. That was yesterday. Today, she has spent a lot of the day, sleeping in the warm comfort of her snug new quarters. This was worth every penny!

Very good quality, foam insulated. We left the front section off so our dog could get used to it. We think he thought it was his old dog creat that he hated. Now he knows its warm and loves it.

Putting it together is not a one man job...But our dog likes his new home except for the door was a little intimidating. Therefore we removed the lower half and he hopped right in:)
