We are actually returning the racks. We purchased two for each end of the kitchen. We have chef-grade, heavy duty pans and these racks don't hold up to the weight. While it says it holds 30 lbs, we actually weighed ours and they were 18 lbs. The design and placement of the holes for the screws make it difficult to install.

Flimsy design. When you hang it on the wall and then hang your pots on it, the rack droops. I modified it and added additional attachment points to the upper section. Made it more sturdy, but it still droops.
