Comments about Encore Mocha Fabric Convertible Sofa:
This is probably the most difficult piece of furniture I've ever assembled. Didn't help that the delivery person took the instructions with them along with the packaging. The arms have to be attached from the inside through a narrow hole in the bottom. On the piece I received the holes didn't align properly which made it almost impossible to assemble. Poorly, poorly designed. Gets two stars for actually being comfortable and nice looking, but the assembly makes it not worth the effort.
