Comments about EON Traditional Resin Adirondack Chair:

My comments apply to the one, of two, chairs that I assembled. Assembly was fairly straightforward and the end result was as advertised. However...I ordered two matching cedar finish chairs and got one cedar, one dark red. To add insult to injury, the hardware pack in the wrong colored chair was missing two SS screws...from a sealed hardware pack! Once again I had to repack the wrong colored chair, have it picked up by FedEx, and now I'm (still) waiting to hear from the vendor regarding when my replacement chair will be shipped. Not equivalent service for the price of this chair.

Comments about EON Traditional Resin Adirondack Chair:

Ads for other chairs on this site let you review the assembly instructions before you buy. Had I seen the instructions for this one, I would have bought a different model. You'll need an electric drill and clamps, not just a screwdriver and an allen wrench. Buy it only if you have good tools and know how to use them--or have a competent friend.

Comments about EON Traditional Resin Adirondack Chair:

These are really great chairs, but the assembly instructions are severely lacking detail, and, as the other review said, there are pilot holes missing. After I assembled these chairs and we started to use them, we noticed our arms were chafing on the arm rests. Closer inspection showed that I had put the arm rests on upside down with the chamfered edge on the bottom. There are no indications of right side up or pilot holes on the arm rests, and the instructions are non-helpful.[...] contacted the manufacturer about replacements. Even though I complained to the manufacturer's rep about the aforementioned problems, I was offered replacements FOR A CHARGE. We DO like the chairs, so I agreed to be charged for the replacement arm rests, asking that new screws be sent as well. Well, the arm rests arrived today WITHOUT replacement screws so I will need to be VERY careful when I replace the arm rests.BOTTOM LINE: The chairs are well fabricated, attractive and comfortable...they should be for the price we paid. But be FOREWARNED that the instructions lack detail and the lack of pilot holes on each piece will require extra care during assembly.

Comments about EON Traditional Resin Adirondack Chair:

Although the assembly wasn't as easy as it could have been due to the lack of some pilot holes for the screws, all things considered the first chair went easily enough and the second was easier still staking about an hour per chair average. Once assembled they look like real wood Adirondack chairs. We got the ottomans with them which are a nice compliment.
