This dehydrator works great, the square shelves are so much better than the round ones for jerky. Tkaes a little long to make jerky than it says but worth the wait.

Although this is a Top Of The Line Dehydrator, it does not have a timer.
purchased this unit as a gift, but the person I bought it for preferred a unit with a timer.
