The weather station is good looking and provides what seems to be accurate information about the weather. The instructions included with the unit are brief and you have to go online for the complete setup instructions which are not so easy to follow. In fact there are two types of frequencies for this item and mine wasn't the frequency depicted, so there were some differences in the actual setup. I wasn't able to set the time properly and when I called LaCrosse customer service several times, I wasn't able to get thru. Even after leaving a message, my calls weren't returned. Not good! Eventually called Hayneedle and they gave me a full refund! Quite exceptional service from this Internet company! I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them on any purchase whatsoever.
