I have two sets of these chairs which I purchased in July of 2012. They are showing considerable corrosion at the bottom of the legs after only 3 months. I have a brand new deck and the rust from the chairs is staining my deck. Customer service told me they only guarantee the chairs for 30 days. Very poor customer satisfaction policy.

First of all I would like to say I was a bit missled because the implications were that these chairs were made in USA. In fact they are made in China as stated on the tag that was attached to the chair as they were unwrapped. The free shipping makes these chairs comparable to cheaper ones that you have to pay shipping for.
Choosing a color was the hardest as all the colors looked great. I ordered 4 of the berry chairs. The berry is a perfect color as it is not as drab as navy but will still blend in well with what ever else I put on my deck. The mesh is quite see through and drys quickly which is great. Sitting in these chairs you are higher than an adirondack chair which is important if you want to be able to look over a standard height deck railing. The back is high enough to rest my head but could go higher. These stack. The white finish on the metal has a nick or 2 already, though.

i use these chairs around my pool,for extra visitors,and relaxing. They are so very comfortable,friends have inquired about purchasing their own. I have not found ANYTHING negative about these chairs or the Hayneedle Company. The big pluss is that they are a USA product!!!!!
