This is my third feeder. I love these and so do all my finches!! The only problem I had with this one, one of the caps was damaged during shipping, I am assuming.
But the awesome people at Hayneedle are having the company send me a new cap to replace the damaged one... Love Love Love Hayneedle!!!!!!

This is the second feeder like this I have purchased from you!! I love this feeder and so do the goldfinches. The last one got stolen by a visiting bear in our neighborhood. Looked all over for it..!! Don't know where he dropped it, but never did find it.LOL..So I purchased this one & hopefully, it stays where I hung it. Birds are loving it!! This one is in my back yard. Want to purchase a second one for the front yard. Have many finches over the winter, too. Love this feeder!!!

Comments about Gold Crest Finches Favorite 3 Tube Bird Feeder:

I love the feeder and I love having multiple birds on it. However it is missing 2 important features. When it rains, the feed gets wet and gloppy and the birds will not even try to eat it. So cleaning it is a nightmare and it's wasted feed. I had to purchase a squirrel buffer and put it on top like a hat. Then below the feeder is a mess and I'm sweeping or hosing the patio constantly. It would be helpful to have a tray to catch the excess feed.

Comments about Gold Crest Finches Favorite 3 Tube Bird Feeder:

Finches absolutely love this feeder! They took to it immediately. I now have 3 hanging in my yard and must full them daily during high finch season. They feed from it as much or more than from my other finch feeders. It's fun to watch for all 24 perches to be occupied. Often there is scrambling for a spot.
The tubes tend to yellow with age. I wish that they would remain clear.

Comments about Gold Crest Finches Favorite 3 Tube Bird Feeder:

The openings where the birds are to feed are too small, even for thistle. I left it up for 30 days and the birds would not use it. I hung another feeder and they appeared and fed. I would not suggest this feeder.
