I watched the video on this fireplace and hoped that when I rec'd it would be all that I hoped. My
priority was a realistic flame. The grate, wood and flame are look so real. I can't wait to use this. There are fireplaces for much more money that do not look this good.

Arrived broken. Called the customer service line and got voice mail. Got and email from the company asking me if I had tuned it on! Horrible experience so far given this is the first thing I ever bought from your company.
