My experience with hayneedle was exceptional. Delivery was on time, installation instructions were complete and my overall experience was excellent. I might suggest that you put the pins for the hinges on the LP cylinder door in seperate packaging. The pins in the hinges from both the heaters had loosened and fallen from the hinges. In one box the pins were at the bottome of the box. On the other box, the taping had come apart on the bottom of the box and as I was carrying the box to the patio, one of the pins fell out of the box. Fortiunately I was able to find it and all ended well.

Heater arrived as promised, only one small dent on the base which is due to the material being thinner than expected. Assembly was very easy and instructions clear. Good for personal use on our deck.

took 30 mins to assemble. Used it the first night it was 40 degrees i cooked in my shorts and sandals. good price.
