Commercial grade 304 stainless steel is durable and has a handsome Bronze finish, and the patented reflector hood sends warmth where you need it. This unit replaced a Charmglow unit that had died! Building instructions a little weak---but were workable. Tank cover only has 1 lifting hand hold---not very convenient---should have 2. Doesn't cover the radius as advertised but suitable. When buying a commercial unit, I was expecting more durable quality and construction---Fire Sense not as well as Charmglow which was not advertised as a commercial unit.
