Very difficult to assemble, as the instruction manual omits important details.
The unit seems very sturdy and able to withstand the elements. It is quick to heat and effective for warming within a 7-9' range.
It should be noted that the cord is 12' long, but that distance is from the head of the unit. This cord has to be fed down through the telescopic body, which can be extended to nearly 8 feet. Consequently, this leaves only about 4' of cord extending from the base.
Service and delivery comments:
Delivery was prompt and the package was intact.
The base of the unit arrived scratched, so I emailed the distributer. Someone immediately responded with an offer of sending out a new base today. So far, I am very pleased with their attention to this problem.
