It started making noise with in 30 days and was intolerable. It didn't give off enough heat to heat a small bathroom... has an ok look if it is over a mantle but not just hung on the wall....
for so many reasons I wouldn't recommend it....

The only reason I didn't rate this a 5 was because I wish it gave off more heat. It does look really nice in my basement - and I don't have to worry about my little ones burning their fingers on the glass! The first one delivered was dented, but the customer service shipped out another one within a couple days which was great!

for the price it looks good...realistic fire ambinance. I put it into a small bathroom to take the chill off in the morning and evening...I would like it to produce more heat and faster...
so if you are just looking a an easy to hang fireplace - and you don't really need the heat I would say buy it...if you ware looking for more heat - then I suggest looking around a bit more.
