Love our new umbrella! Looks great and looks like the quality is good. The only problem was when it was delivered, the box was a bit smashed, which slightly smashed the metal part of the pole (the middle). A little extra cushion in packaging would help....Fex X just tosses them all over in that truck!

Used to help protect some of our 97 developmentally disabled adult clients at break and lunch time, this umbrella was exactly what I expected when I ordered it. I really appreciate the new (to me) concept of a pulley cord to open/close the umbrella vs. pushing it up the post by hand which is somewhat awkward. Thanks for the nice surprise!

Even though I just received the umbrella, I can say I was definately pleased when I opened the box. Priced great!! It is constructed well, can either open/close manually, or use the pulley. It is great for shielding the sun.So far...So good!! would definately purchase this product again
