We put this together in 10 minutes. No tools needed. It is very sturdy and our cats love it. It's a great product for the price and I have several people also ordering it now that they have seen the quality. It's not carpet, so cats won't shred it. It is a plush material, very soft. Latters are needed though because they can't really grab on to the material, but what a great idea, keeps my cats to using their claws on the thisel rope and not making an ugly mess of carpet. Is sure is going to last longer and stay nice looking. We are considering ordering another style in a few months.

Very easy to put together. The cat absolutely loves it. The only downside is the cat has ripped out the hanging mice. There should be a way that the hanging mice could be put on a little more secure. Now we have the rubber strings hanging with no toys. Tried tying the mouse back on by its tail, but the cat ripped the mouse off and left the tail behind.

The picture online was very accurate as to the unit we received. Ordering and shipping were easy and timely. The tree was easy to put together and is very sturdy. All of our cats love it!

Easy assembly. Cats waited and watched as I put it together. They were playing on it as soon as I finished. Sturdy. Great all around product. Would definitely order from them again and again
