Somewhat difficult to assemble, your going to need someone else to hold things in place while you beat rails into place with a rubber mallet. Once it's together, it is very solid and stable.

I found these shelves to be easily assembled in a few minutes requiring no more than either a block of wood or a soft rubber mallet for tapping the components together for assembly. I set up these units in the garage and loaded them with several hundred pounds of equipmmnet. I have them shimmed at the base so that they lean back into the garage wall to minimize any risk of tipping over. As with any narrow depth (12 inch) structure, they would be easy to knock over if they were left standing out in the open.
