This was my first purchase from a Hayneedle website. I found the items I wanted at a very reasonable price. The emails updating me on the order's status were confusing (once the order shipped, it went from two chairs, to four with two being returned, to two again), but the invoice was correct, as were the delivery date and items. The packaging was re-done by the shippers (in order to minimize shipping costs). As such, it didn't look good from the outside of the package, but the contents were very securely wrapped. One piece of one support had been repaired prior to shipment, and possibly by the manufacturer, but it presented no structural or aesthetic issue. Overall I am a satisfied customer, and would recommend both the website and the chairs.
