This product was a gift, and was used within the hour it was received. I did not expect it to arrive on Dec. 24th. I was told it would not ship until the 29th. This was one of the best purchases I have made in the last year. Everything was smooth about it. There is not one disappointing feature about this product, or with my experience in ordering over the phone. She (I forgot her name) was very personable and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely buy from Hayneedle again. Even though I'm not sure what I would buy, I look forward to dealing with them again.
