Arrived on time.
Looks amazing on our front porch.
"no tools needed" is correct - it took two taps of a hammer for us because I used assembling the planter box as a dad+son(5) project - son needed to tap one piece twice when inserting the side rails. :)

Comments about Gronomics Cedar Rustic Planter Box:
Very easy to build! I love to garden but have a very bad back. Im really looking forward to using the box! The only problem we had were the instruction pictures! You really could not see the parts to use because they were black blobs!

This is a tremendous product!
It begins with the ease of putting it together, no hammers or nails required. It is sturdy in construction and looks wonderful in our backyard.
I would definitely recommend this product to anyone. I checked other companies for raised bed gardens and the prices were outlandish! The prices at Hayneedle were so much better, and the quality is top notch.

Comments about Gronomics Cedar Rustic Planter Box:
Planters are great and I was very happy to find them on Hayneedle after [@] sold out, however, they were for a client of mine and I had a strict deadline. I paid over $400 for overnight shipping, and Hayneedle shipped ground, even after I received my order confirmation clearly showing FedEx express shipping. I emailed customer service and was promised a response within 24-hours, that never came. So I called customer service and was treated quite well after I explained the situation and a refund for the shipping was promptly given the following day. Not the best experience but I've never had that problem with Hayneedle before.
