The composite materials are extremely cheap and flimsy. The package was undamaged when it arrived. However one hinge on the door was broken when I opened the box. On the positive side, Hayneedle was great about the return, paid for the shipping and is refunding my credit card payment. The product is a zero but Hayneedle gets a 10.

Went together really easy- first thing we noticed is its not real wood but still looks nice and our Beagle loves it reguardless if it was real wood or not.

So Cute ... I told my husband, I hope Benjamin likes it … We want to get rid of the metal crate and put this in the TV room … when he saw it, he said "Wow!! Benjamin should like it ... I'd sleep in it" very funny ... We are waiting for a Large replacement the medium was sent in error ... I will say that their customer service department handled the replacement very well ... Thanks ... Lisa
