Pros: the chairs arrived on time and the transaction was easy. Nice design.
Cons: the chairs are just not well made. I guess I should have expected that for the price. There are cracks at the joints and the expresso finish is chipped off in certain places. I do not have the time to try and return the one chair that is really bad and it looks fine from afar so I will just live with it. But I am kicking myself for not spending a little more for some higher quality chairs.

We ordered these 3 times in order to get a set of two that were acceptable. ALL had cracks in them in various places. The worst cracks were on the legs (all the way through)and almost everyone of them had some small (to large) crack on the actual seat area. Returns were easier than expected, but I ordered the first ones in June and the last ones just arrived a week ago (August), so it took some time to get a set that were not completely beat up. The two stools that we kept are not free from cracks, but they were the best of the ones that were sent. I would NEVER order from this company again. Unfortunately, there was too much work, time, and disappointment involved.

Chairs are pretty nice, no assembly was required which surprised me. The fit and finish isn't great if you look at them up close, but they are sturdier than I expected.
