The assembly was so easy and it's given me so much extra storage and adds a lot of charm to the kitchen. If you're worried about assembly, the entire bottom cabinet arrives in one piece. All you have to do is put the rod iron top on and attach the shelves.

I am very pleased with my purchase. It is extremely well made and looks beautiful in my new kitchen addition. I had no issues with quality of the product, or damage with shipping. Pilot shipping was great. Driver took everything out of the packaging for me so I could inspect before I signed and he left. I will definitely use Hayneedle for future purchases.

Pros: Very nice appearance. My favorite is the two small cabinets with glass doors. Lots of storage space. Will be great for all my old platters, bowls, etc.
Cons: Bolts used to connect the rack to the bottom cabinet are silver and stand out against the black cabinet. Two upper shelves are held in place with pins in a slot. I would probably avoid placing heavy objects on them. Also, product arrived damaged - see Service/Delivery Comments.
Service and delivery comments:
Product arrived damaged - looks like the box containing the cabinet was dropped on one corner. Used wood glue and clamps to repair and it appears ok.
Also, the weld holding the back of the rack to the side rack was broken - possibly happened at the same time as the other damage.
Downside is that I authorized a signature release for delivery, as I could not be home to receive the shipment. Because of that, I can't say whether or not the delivery company dropped the box.

This piece is exactly what I was looking for, needed a baker rack with drawer storage to replace the ones in a cabinet being replaced. With the shelves, drawers and cabinet doors it houses everything I transfered.
This was my first Hayneedle purchase and I was very pleased that this was a "real" piece of furniture, not furniture in a box. The only assembly is putting on the rack.
Comes in two boxes the base is fully built and the rack and rack shelves come in a seperate box.
I would give this five stars if the drawers were a little better attached, with rails, or with a drawer stop.
I love this and will for sure buy more from Hayneedle.
Service and delivery comments:
There was a slight mix up with the delivery from Pilot Freight, I scheduled the delivery online as dirercted in an email indicating the merchandise was in the area.
Even though there was a mix up Pilot went out of their way to make it right and had ithere the next day so that I wouldn't have to take additional time off.

This baker's rack really makes the kitchen; it's gorgeous! I love the drawers so I can hide my placemats and napkins. There is so much display space for pretty things too. The price was great for something so sturdy and beautiful.
