I got it shipped & assembled it, and noticed the legs it shipped with are scratched. Bummer. I wrote an email to both Hayneedle and the manufacturer, and they apologized profusely and immediately shipped out replacements, no hassle. Good service, good price, good product, a winning combination, i will do business with them again
