I own a Sun Conure and I love this cage. Its really big enough for two or maybe three Sun Conures. It took me a while to get it set up, but its not rocket science. I picked the blue and it is really pretty. The only thing I didn't like about this cage was that one of the bolts didn't line up with the hole, so that one had to be wired. The shelf on the bottom is really handy, but the pull out tray is a little deformed. It will still work though. All in all its a very nice cage and worth the money. I belive this cage will outlast my bird:(

Overall the cage is not a bad cage. Its very pretty and I like that its got a storage tray underneath. Now, if you own cockatoos this may not be the cage for you. My bird is a feathered can opener and an expert escape artist. She even learned how to unlock a pad lock. Wire, in my opinion, should be at least one gauge stronger to be appropriate for cockatoos and amazons.

I have 5 cockatiels to house and this is a beautiful, spacious, attractive home for them.
It came well packed and was easy to assemble. I highly recommend it - love it!
Great price too! I paid almost $250 for the same cage at a retail pet store. Never again!
      I'm hooked on Hayneedle :-)

Comments about A&E Cage Co. Wrought Iron Flight Bird Cage 13221:

Well overall the cage was very nice and I loved the platinum color however I had several bars that were bent and a few that weren't welded down so I am returning the cage. The cage is huge and my advice to anyone purchasing this cage is to look it over thoroughly after setting it up. Taking it apart was much faster then putting it together. I am a woman and it took me about an hour to assemble it and 30 minutes to take it down. The instructions are completely useless and all you really have is a picture to look at.

I really like the cage, the color is very nice. I called the number on the so called instructions, and told them that my cage came without screws, they said they would send some. I am still waiting. Good thing I bought the cage before I bought the bird. I would really like too have some screws, so that I can use the cage.
