Description
Safety and speed are the key priorities in this mounted Homak electronic gun safe. A quick access key pad provides for easy opening to your firearm. Though the buttons are few, it is impossible to crack by guessing, and the solid welded construction ensures no unwanted access. The compact size fits most handguns for home safety and can be mounted nearly anywhere.
Mounting Hardware and Installation
Each pistol box is manufactured with pre-drilled holes for mounting to the wall or floor. The four bolt mounting hardware is included with each pistol box for installation.

I do not use this as a gun safe. I use this as a key box. This box is perfect for safeguarding automotive, house and other keys as well as small electronics.

I bought this safe to secure my Glock 23; I wanted something secure but easily accessible. The programming was easy and I was surprised at how sturdy and rugged the safe was. I very quickly and easily mounted it in my closet for fast access if needed.
A few cons are that it is a bit small even for my smaller Glock. You have to rotate the gun a bit to get it in through the opening. Also the padding inside kept falling down so I added a few pieces of Velcro in the top corners to secure it.
All in all, it a great value. It is highly secure for an inexpensive price.

I really like the Homak Pistol Box. It was quite easy to figure out the features and it will work great for storage of a handgun and other valuables if necessary. The access is quick and easy accept I don't care to much for the use of the HOMAK lettering in the code system. I'd much rather prefer a basic or normal numbering system only. Overall for the price, it is a good deal and you should be happy with it if your primary concern is inexpensive storage to keep your kids or family safe.
