Living in Pittsburgh, "deep seating" furniture with cushions can mean one nice day with your cushions, one day of rain, and three days of waiting for your cushions to dry out. So when a tree fell on my deck, taking out both my patio furniture and my deck -- I got it into my head that I'd love the "quick dry" of sling, but the look and comfort of cushions. I found airo2 -- but I could find no reviews. I took a chance and ordered it. It arrived today -- incredibly well packaged -- and I love it. It looks great and it is REALLY comfortable... probably more so than my cushioned set was. I bought units to make a love seat, a sofa, and an armchair with ottoman. The individual pieces come with a bracket so that you can connect the pieces together. I chose "moonlight" sling fabric, which is mostly a dark charcoal gray with a little lighter color woven in, and flagstone finish with is really a charcoal. This was by far the best price I could find (and believe me, I looked).
Of course given that they arrived today -- I can't speak to how they'll hold up or how quickly they really will dry in the rain.. but I am optimistic.
A note on Hayneedle service -- A+. There was a snafu with my shipping -- 100% not Hayneedle's fault, just some confusion at the manufacturers end. I called and spoke to Bobbi Jo in the evening. The situation was confusing, but she totally "got it" -- but because Homecrest wasn't open in the evening, we couldn't get an answer. I knew Bobbi Jo worked later hours, so I called Hayneedle again in the morning. That's when I found out that Bobbi Jo came in early so she could chase down a resolution. Which she did... and I had everything a day later. This is what customer service should be all about.
