I purchased this to help with laundry day. It will be perfect. It could probably hold only 20
items, since I hang most things to dry. It is well constructed but NOT heavy duty.
It folds up nicely which will be very handy. Assembly instructions were very clear. I was able to do it all by myself without any help from the hubby.
