I am writing this on 11/20/12 having had this for a few weeks.
I had one before and we loved it . Then we broke it.
I ordered this new one excited to have one again and this one takes a lot of patience.
The top part takes about 50 tries to get the top part to stay up!
It does not "click" in. So I have to push up and see if it sticks and it doesn't, most of the time. I have the patience to keep trying and trying and trying.
My husband does not and I have to keep him from throwing it! ( keep in mind I bought this for him , in our family he is the laundry guy. He loved the other one)
So, I was going to contact you about returning it and getting one that works.
I no longer have the box it was shipped in so please advise how I can return and get a new one.

We like this drying rack, but it was just a little difficult to push the rack into position without it collapsing down again. We finally had to push it really hard and pray it woldn't break. Success! But, I won't collapse it down again for storage.

I just moved into an apartment and needed a clothes drying rack that I could fold up when it was not in use. Much sturdier than my old one and I air dry a lot of clothing. I'm just mad at myself for breaking off part of the plastic "pin" on one of the arms when I unfold it but it still works just fine. If you are short of space and need to hang wet clothes I would hightly recommend this.
