Bought the clock for a good size display alarm clock. However, it has no integral light as I expected, therefore it has a new home in the family room, instead of the bedroom, and it's back to the drawing board for a good, lighted, battery-operated clock. Comments about Howard Miller Techtime II Atomic Alarm Clock:
We had another clock very similar to this one, which was knocked into the kitchen sink by one of our cats, and met its demise. We immediately looked for a replacement, and found this great clock. We had become so dependent upon looking at the time, from many different vantage points, and sorely missed the large numbers when our other clock was gone. We're very happy with this Howard Miller model. It's the perfect time piece for us!

Comments about Howard Miller Techtime II Atomic Alarm Clock:
Bought this for 82 yr old mom to help keep track of the date. The display is large print enabling mom to immediately see the date and time which helps avoid confusion as the years are passing. Clock is light and can easily be hung on a wall or placed on a desk or counter. Simple to set up. Glad I chose this product from the many out there.
