Haven't had item long enough to realy rate it. It is a very well built piece of equiptment. Delivery time was great actual came a day before it was due. Have only tried it once to check it was very confortable now we will see if it helps the back problem.

We use this every single day in the morning and at night. It is a saving grace for me with scoliosis and arthritis in my spine and shoulders. I could not do with out it now that I have it! My husband uses it twice a day as well and I am sure that he has to see the Chiropractor less with this in our home. Thank you and the price was even a added plus!
