We received the glider in a timely manner but a structural piece of wood was split down the center. It looks like it was damaged in the manufacturing process and not in the shipping process.

Easy to put together. (Although directions are horrible). The wood is a nice rich-looking dark stain, just as pictured. Very nice! Comfy too!

I ordered two glider rockers for my sunroom and received them within two days. At age 73 and a female, I assembled them easily by myself in no time at all. I called Customer Service to verify the dimensions and was told they were 27.5L x 42.5H x 30.5W. The length and height of my chairs agreed with the measurements, however the width is only 27" wide and the additional 3.5" it should have been would have been appreciated and would have made the chair more comfortable.

Purchase was as advertized with extremely quick delivery. My only complaint is that rocker is too small. Measurements must be at widest points rather than at the seat width. Easy to put together. Quality is okay for this price range.
