When I asked my husband for a hammock for my birthday, he was skeptical. We'd need a stand and he didn't want to ruin the lawn. We didn't want to get anything poorly made but couldn't afford a $400 fancy model. He searched and found this site, and this blue striped model caught my eye. We are using this hammock with a fairly typical, though heavy-duty stand. Our stand was missing the Z-hooks, but we were able to use the S-hooks and chain that came with this hammock. And was it ever worth it! This quilted model is way more comfortable than my parents' fancy woven one (which I find scratchy), and the included pillow is a really nice touch. We hang it so the "head side" is slightly higher than the foot, and it's just wonderful. My kids love it, too -- and love that it's so big, I can lie in it with one or two of them at the same time and we can all be comfy together!I don't yet know how this will weather but we do store the hammock in a shed when we're not using it, which I think will help. We've never purchased from this site before but the ordering process was simple,[...]. I couldn't be more pleased. (And my husband, originally a skeptic, thinks it's really comfortable, too!)

We have our Hammock between 2 trees and it is just so relaxing and some nights we will sleep out on the hammock all night.
