The Jamestown Landing Vanity Table is an absolutely charming addition to your bedroom or powder room. This beautifully crafted table features Queen Anne-style legs with hand-carved designs. Made of Chinese hardwood and veneers (the legs are solid hardwood), it has been finished in a lightly distressed, rich deep cherry finish and offers two full drawers and one lined jewelry tray. The drawers and tray of this vanity boast elegant hardware. The vanity tabletop opens to display a rectangular glass mirror. With this vanity, you will have the perfect way to start and end your day. The dimensions of the table open (with mirror) are: 42W x 21D x 51.25H inches. Minimal assembly is required by attaching the legs and inserting the drawer.

Easy to assemble and sturdy, but:a)Finish is much, much darker than the website photograph shows. Also, expected the finish to be resistant to alcohol and other chemicals, but came with a warning that it's not - a problem if for applying perfume, makeup, etc. b)[...]c) Expected the top to be wood, but it's some sort of particle board (perhaps MDF). Makes it really heavy to lift and close.Overall, this would be good value for [$], but I expected more from a piece of furniture that costs twice as much. Will probably return

I use my vanity to get ready everyday. I put my make up on and do my hair at it. I have all of my make up, hair brush and comb, and jewelry stored in it. It's beautiful and comfortable to use. There is more than enough vanity top space, I have a smaller crystal lamp on one side and perfume and tissue on the other side with plenty of room for use of the mirror in the middle of the lid. I have no bad remarks about this vanity.[...]I just bought a $7,000 dollar bed room set with a sleigh bed from Ethan Allen and it blends well with the furniture.
