I purchased the Kalorik 4 slice toaster because it was the ONLY ONE on the internet that I could find that was SMALL enough to fit in my kitchen storage drawer where my old one lived. My kitchen is small and all other toasters are huge. But, when it arrived only one side of the toaster worked. So I call the company and they told me that because it was DEFECTIVE to toss it out and they would send me a new one.
Well the SECOND one arrived and it was DEFECTIVE ALSO! The lever that you push down would not stay down, so you could not make toast. The company was kind enough to send me a full refund.
But, that is not what I wanted. What I wanted was a SMALL 4 SLICE TOASTER THAT WORKED.
Very disappointed in the quality of the Kalorik product.
Happy with Hayneedle with the way they handled the issue!!
