I saw a bad review but these are good towels. Yes, wash first and there will be lint. Very little lint after first wash. But most importantly they are very absorbent and soft.

My first order was the wrong color. When I sent back Heyneedle only refunded a portion of the cost not 100%. We had alread reordered the other color before I knew they wouldn't refund full amont. I loved the color of the second set and thought okay all is good. Then I washed them as directed...the towels shed a lot of material and made a mess all over the dryer and lint fell all over. I had to shake the lint off outside and use a tape roller to get all the loose fabric off. Very disappointed with quaility and service!
