I purchased four of these hampers to help sort my family's laundry. I have been looking for a hamper that I liked for quite some time and finally came across this one. They are very sturdy and look nice, the actual appearance is exactly as pictured on the website. They are the perfect size - we have a newer large capacity wash machine and each hamper holds a full load of laundry. The assembly was easy. We did end up breaking a few of the disks ('cam inserts') required to hold the hamper together, but the manufacturer sent us replacements when we contacted them via their website at the bottom of the instructions. The replacement parts were received the next day - Redmon is a very good company to work with and obviously takes pride in their product. This was my first experience with Hayneedle.com, and their service center was very friendly and helpful. I am VERY VERY pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend this product and Hayneedle.com.

I bought this because it didn't look like the other hampers in the same price range. I didn't want a plastic-looking woven hamper or vinyl one. It does not disappoint in that category. Simple, clean lines. Smaller size fits perfectly between toilet and vanity. Perfect for a youngster. MAJOR complaint with the assembly - although the body of the hamper went together easily, the lid was secured with these incredibly small screws that needed to go into an incredibly hard wood. After much time and sweat, the screws still aren't in fully - fortunately, the lid is functional.
