This is a nice table for the outdoors. The kids love it and want to be outside playing it all the time. I did have to send the first shipped table back because it was damaged during shipping, although I am not sure how because the packaging is nicely done. The return process was seamless and I had a new table within a week of initiating the return. Hayneedle customer service was very helpful!

Easy online ordering, prompt response, professional delivery. You really can't ask for more. The table comes unassembled, but with patience and 2-3 hours to spare, it is easy to put toegther.

The Kettler Top Star is a great table. I seldom give anything a perfect score which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. It is sturdy and I love the mechanism for folding it up and down, making it easy to practice solo and then converting for two players. And leaving the net in place when folded up and stored and having it ready when you unfold the table is wonderful.
The only con would be the time it takes to put it together. The instructions are detailed and good and tell you to allow two hours and two adults. My teenage son and I did it, but took about 3 hours, only because it was our first time. If I had another, we could probably knock it out in 1.5 hours or less.
We've had the table about 10 days and love it!

The table is great. It's good looking and fun. The instructions are mostly pictures and in many languages other than English. Takes far longer than 2 people and 2 hours which is what the directions say. But once it is together - kind of like having a baby - it is a good story.
