Ordered it online Thursday evening, recieved it Fedex Saturday and that was the free shipping. Priced $10-$20 cheaper than other places without free shipping. Kitchen is well built, don't like the plastic door latches; likely replace those with magnets. Oven door hinge pin was manufactured wrong and just called to have them send me a replacement hope gets here before Christmas. Make sure if gift to put together early enough. But so far very pleased with the product and the service of Hayneedle for my first order with them.
