This heavy-duty cast iron French oven is rated for every heat source (gas, electric, and induction stoves; oven-safe up 500°F) and comes with a sturdy, no-slide lid to ensure moisture is locked in. Charming flame-orange enamel covers the exterior (tough against cracking and chipping), while a sand-colored enamel textures the interior to help prevent sticking or burning. 3.5-, 5-, 6.75-, and 9.5-quart sizes are available. Pieces are dishwasher safe.
